Standard Conveyancing

Conveyancing Fees $1,100 (GST Inclusive)

Whether you are thinking of purchasing an investment property through self managed super funds or under your personal name, conveyancing works will need to be diligently carried out. Our fixed professional fees (i.e. time) for a standard* residential conveyance**, is $1,100 for our clients.

Other matters we might also be requested to engage in – on a time basis (if required) (e.g. pre-contract negotiations or perusal of documentation; contract or plan amendments; defects; non-standard transfer, non bank or non-standard finance or leasing; solicitors certification of loan/mortgage documentation; substantive work relating to the Personal Properties Securities Act; State Revenue Office forms – including first home owners grant, principal residence concession, eligible first home buyers duty reduction, land tax trustee, license agreements; caveats; trust/SMSF matters; lodging documentation for stamping and or registration.

Standard disbursements such as company/title searches and certificates may be required to be ordered for a purchase, depending on what searches/certificates the vendor has provided and how current they may be. The will be required to be ordered for a sale. Our estimate of legal costs will be set out in more detail in our standard costs agreement.
