Where SATO SMSF Administration® is appointed for the daily compliance and reporting requirements of the fund, the service level agreement would consist of all of the following transactions (where applicable). As the name implies our company will be reconciling each of these specific items on a daily basis, and providing the following services:

Any transactions that are not easily identifiable will be raised with the clients by email for clarification and confirmation. Our professional fees are based on the number of investments held during the financial year, regardless of the complexity or number of transactions.

For clients who require daily administration of their self managed super funds, our organisation also provides a Portfolio Administration Service (PAS). The Portfolio Administration Service is a cloud based solution that enables administrators to download your investment portfolio transactions directly into our back office accounting software. Reports and other documentation are then produced with significantly less human interaction, which minimizes human data entry errors. This significantly improves the accuracy of reports produced as well as keeping administration fees low. The significant benefits of the Portfolio Administration Service include:

  • Lower accounting fees – this saves clients money;
  • Transactions for listed securities are updated directly from your executing broker and corporate actions are added automatically – including dividend distributions;
  • Direct link to your fund bank account to reconcile trading activity;
  • Managed fund data is updated automatically including distributions and revaluations at end of day;
  • Trustees have online access to portfolio valuation reports, realized CGT reports, unrealised CGT reports, income reports, performance reports and transaction reports;
  • Your administrative burden is reduced allowing you to spend less time on paperwork and more time doing the things you enjoy;
  • Helps you stay on top of your investments  by accurately monitoring portfolio and share performance; &
  • 90% of the data entry would have been processed and reconciled by end of financial year, assisting trustees to meet their ATO reporting obligation and statutory lodgement deadlines.
